To coach you. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anybody's model.
Cloudflare (database and photo storage, United States), Twilio (message delivery), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (the model that writes the replies). Each sees only what it needs to do its job.
Photos are deleted automatically after 90 days. A photo exists to produce an estimate; once the numbers are logged it has done its job. Everything else is kept while you are a subscriber and deleted on request.
Only if you ticked that box, and it is separate from everything else. You are never named, nothing about you appears in any group smaller than five people, and the coach itself cannot see group data at all. Untick it any time by texting us and the rest still works.
We do not share your mobile number. Your mobile number and any consent you gave to be texted are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Nobody buys this list, because there is no list to buy. The only parties that ever touch your number are the ones needed to actually deliver a message to your phone — listed under Where it lives above — and they may not use it for anything else.
How often we text. Message frequency varies and depends on you. Reply to us and we reply back, so an active day can run to a dozen messages either way. On a quiet day you may get one reminder, or none at all. Expect roughly 5–50 messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your carrier, not us.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately — also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. Reply START to come back. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@fattyops.ai. Carriers support these keywords whether we do or not.
Stopping the texts is not the same as deleting your data: text DELETE for that.
Text DELETE for erasure within 30 days, processors included. Ask us for a copy of anything we hold. Ask us to correct it. Withdraw a consent without losing the service.
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
